Visited UPS in Greenwich first time in a while. So much has changed. It appears more organized, brighter, and on top of which the attitude of staff brighter and willing. My needs were met swiftly.

Every part of my experience here was superb. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful to my situation. They explained my options and I was able to ship without issue. I’ll be back here for whatever shipping needs I have for personal or business.

Had a great and seamless experience setting up a new mailbox with Kerri. Very professional and and knowledgeable. The owner himself was very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend!

I had to do a few Next Day Air packages that had to be there. Dillon was very courteous. He made sure that everything was done properly and for what it’s worth if you have to have anything done in the Greenwich area this is a UPS store to deal with.

Just found out that UPS Stores are not owned by UPS, but by small business owners licensing the use of the UPS name. That explains the huge inconsistency between stores. It feels like amateur night at some of them. This store is not one of the better ones. Generally unfriendly staff, and I'm never really certain my package will get to its destination. The Fedex office down the street feels a lot more professional, probably because its owned by Fedex.

I had such a terrible experience in there with the older blonde lady with her hair up in a bun. She was incredibly rude Infront of a line of customers and then made a joke about me and started laughing trying to engage the rest of the customers. I was left in awe. Speechless to say the least, they should really pay attention to the kind of employees representing such a busy establishment. never again

I had the worst experience with this business! I do NOT recommend it to anyone.
I placed an order at Best Buy and requested the order to be delivered to a UPS mailbox since I was working in the area and it would be easier for me to pick it up.
The package arrived, I received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up, but then right after I received a very weird call from a lady called GIGI from the UPS Store at Greenwich saying that she got a package for me and that they will not release MY package if I don't pay an extra charge of $10 to the store.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel safe and I told them to return the package to the sender.
To me, this is completely unacceptable. Be careful with this business.
