Micheal was very helpful. He transferred all my data from my old phone to my new phone.He also fixed a problem on my iPhone ,I was having for two days .I saved a lot of money as I was being informed of all the possible deals that were out there. Don’t be fooled by Michael s young age, I highly recommend him.The manager and the other staff member are also very helpful. You really can’t go wrong at this location !

Honestly, the best Verizon experience ever. James went the extra mile to assure all was good with the new phone...even made sure the settings were correct in the car. Highly recommend this Verizon store for stress free (and we all know how stressful parting with our old iPhone is) and efficient service. And easy parking right outside

Was helped by Corey Pincus and he was an absolute dream. My boyfriend needed to get a new iphone and it was such an easy experience. Corey not only found an awesome upgrade for his plan but was also just a great guy to chat with while we were switching over the phones. Got us the best deal and my bf couldn’t be happier with his iphone 15, 10/10
