We have had constant problems with Waterworks fixtures leaking and breaking. in the process of ripping them out (after only 8 years) and replacing with a better quality product. Faulty valves led to spigot leaks (ruining adjacent sheetrock) and worse, internal leaks that filtering through first floor and basement ceilings. The repairs we have to undertake now are insanely expensive. Plumber said that Waterworks is known to be of poor quality and ours is far from the first encounter he has seen as a result of their poor products. Customer service is abysmal. Please save yourself the headache and expense. WaterWORKS doesn't WORK.

Very poor follow up. Employees have no knowledge of product. They are very confused and entirely unprofessional despite beautiful stuff in store. Know knowledge of shipping etc, etc, etc.

An awful product with horrible customer service. The new build house I moved into is fitted entirely Waterworks taps. None of them have worn well. Some of the products had flaws on them when moving in. I had to pay a premium to fix it and they didn’t warn me of custom fees that cost the equivalent of the product, which could of been reduced had I been informed. Poor craftsmanship with bad service. Not worth the money. If you buy them purchase lots of Peet to clean them. They’re a disaster.

Our firm, Haver & Skolnick Architects, has come to rely on Waterworks for their beautiful selection of quality plumbing fixtures, fittings & accessories. Over the years, we've found them to be a pleasure to work with, readily providing literature, samples and pricing. We look forward to doing many more projects together!
