“Best shopping experience in Greenwich, CT, or that my wife and I have had anywhere! Chanel, they got it, Louis Vuitton, they got it, Hermes, they got it! unbelievable! And the prices you cannot find, nor beat anywhere else. The greatest thing is that you can now shop online on their website and shop all the luxury, high end, designer brands right from the comfort of your own home for the same low prices they offer in their actual shop. I am a very happy customer! We will be back!”
“I can't recommend Threads and Treads enough. I started running again in my late 30s and had tried ordering shoes online. After a few fails, I went in person and the staff were so helpful. They looked at my feet and the arches, the width, my stance, how I walk... and helped direct me to a shoe that would support all these areas. Highly recommend supporting this business so we can keep stores alive that really provide expertise and guidance we will never get through big box stores. One note: keep the box! you can't return unless you have the box :)”

But I want to say that, for all the expensive orders Richards must get, I was so appreciative and touched by the attention to detail and customer service I received. Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. Would 100% recommend this store.”

“While in Greenwich last week, I stopped by the Lilly Pulitzer store. This store sells mostly clothing and accessories for women and little girls. The Lilly prints are the brand's signature. It's generally, very bright colors with pinks, greens and blues, these prints are very summery. I like the fall and winter collection that's currently in the store, which embraces more jewel tones. Going into a Lilly store isn't an everyday occurrence for me, since there's only three stores in all of Connecticut. You have to truly love what you're getting from a Lilly store, an acrylic (which isn't my favorite material) sweater will run you $118. The store is beautiful and their staff is lovely.”
“Best store on Greenwich Avenue - pardon the spelling but Cheri and Kerry are amazing women who own the store and can’t do enough for you when you walk in. I follow them on instagram all the way from Toronto, Canada. I was lucky enough to be in Greenwich and had to pop in to see what they had. Beautiful merchandise and these women know their stuff. Will always make time to stop into Nobelle whenever I am in Greenwich….”

“I discovered OGGI 5 as I was on the lookout for a specific blouse. I remembered seeing their collection on the avenue. What a wonderful experience! I had only 10min to find the perfect top and the staff, Brenda I believe was her name, was fantastic. I told her what I was looking for, my budget and in 10min (I was in a rush!) she made me try 4 different tops, I found the perfect one and was out the door and on time for my next meeting!! “I recently visited and loved my purchase! Michael, an amazing associate, helped me out—he was incredibly attentive and made the shopping experience so enjoyable. I ended up getting a black Lululemon set and some shoes thanks to his great recommendations.
However, I had a somewhat awkward experience at checkout. While Michael was communicating with the cashiers about my items, the man at the register (dark hair, kind of looked like Jason Baldoni—LMAO) made an unkind comment, saying something like, “I don’t know why Michael does those weird hand gestures like that.” It felt unnecessary and dismissive.
I want to reiterate that Michael was amazing! His kindness and professionalism stood out. But that comment from the cashier really bothered me. Mocking someone’s mannerisms is unacceptable. Because of that, I can only give 4 stars. I believe everyone deserves respect, plus seeing team work and kindness towards coworkers make the shopping experience better.”
