DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! delivery driver “left” the package at a random gate at my daughters school, they then told my daughter she gave the wrong address. Even though it was delivered to the school. We spoke with them this morning for the 4th time. We have video proof their driver STOLE the package. They are still claiming it’s my daughter fault for the wrong address. They are siding with the thief. They refuse to help us in any way in resolving this issue. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Never again

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Nia at the Zara in Greenwich, Connecticut. I was having a really tough time trying to return a few items — I had gone to other Zara locations and no one was able to help me out or offer any real support. But as soon as I walked into this store, Nia completely turned the experience around.
She was beyond helpful, super kind, and incredibly patient. She took the time to really understand the issue and made sure the return process went smoothly — something no other store was able to do. It honestly felt like she cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.
Nia went above and beyond, and her customer service was the best I’ve experienced at any Zara. Employees like her deserve to be recognized — she definitely made my day and turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. I hope she gets the recognition (and raise!) she truly deserves. Thank you, Nia!

This store is disgusting. Poor customer service. One of the employees did not speak English when I asked for help she didn’t direct me to anyone else When I went to complain, the manager was rude A very uncomfortable experience I will not be returning to that location.

The guy at the cashier always seems unhappy whenever I visit and doesn’t treat customers with basic courtesy. It would be great if the store encouraged employees to provide a more welcoming and respectful experience.

I’m absolutely disgusted with Zara of Greenwich.. we fought all these years for equal rights and they only DO NOT have a men’s section of clothing.. I will be writing a letter to Zara HQ stating my complaints…They did not hear the end of me

My FAVORITE store to frequent in Greenwich. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. They have the neatest store and the cleanest. The patrons are warm and outgoing as well which makes the shopping experience extra pleasant. The best stock!

Unfortunately, the store didn’t post signs that they would be closing “temporarily “. I went to return an item and of course to find it was closed. Went back several times. Still not open. Now I misplaced the receipt and can’t get a refund, exchange or credit according to Norwalk store and Customer NO SERVICE Department. Will NEVER SHOP here again! If you lose your receipt you own the item. Done!

went in to return right after a holiday prior to grabbing the proper sized items i asked a sales associate if i was going to be able to return the items without receipt but i had the order confirmation and card that it was purchased with. she said yes as long as its an exchange it would be fine. i got to the counter and was denied. the sales associate was hungover and bragging about how drunk he was the night before to the other associate. such trash representation for a store. the employees all say different things about return policies and were just rude. do better.
