“I can only rate this on my experience, and to me one of the tellers went over n beyond. I came in this branch, and some meeting was going on, and it looked like they were having a ball. Then I walked into the bank and was greeted. I was there cashing a check, and I asked the girl to look for the new woman quarters because I was collecting them. I have been to a few branches, and they brush me off and say they don't have any without even looking. This woman said no problem and proceeded to look through her quarters. She found me two, something so small, like listening to your customer and taking that extra time is priceless to me. So, props to her.”
