“Everyone's nice and helpful. Wish they'd bring back the canned apple slices. I have only 1 thing that might be considered on the downside.
If a cashier is very slow in adding or packing, the customers waiting get EXTREMELY agitated at the lack of speed, sometimes being/saying something rude. I haven't observed any Dollar Store employee get upset with a customer. I asked a cashier if there was any negative push-back from customers when the prices went up by $0.25. She said only one customer had an item thrown at her, with most just grumbling in the beginning. I said, that's terrible treatment especially when you weren't personally responsible for the rise. No one got hurt, but people can be unpredictable and proves the customer isn't always right.
People should behave as adults and realize that employees of the/any store aren't in any way responsible for the stores pricing policy.
My experiences with every employee has been very helpful and what keeps me going back.”
“Once you figure where everything is there are bargains to be had. Not everything is cheaper but usually is. I even run into harder to find items here. Staff has been nice.”

“Very nice newer store located in its own area. If I had one complaint it would be when you are coming from the west and need to make a left turn into the drive area to the parking lot. There is no turn signal and you are on a single lane road. A plus it's that there is a spacious parking area. Staff were nice, and greeted us when we came in. Store was well stocked and everything clearly marked as far as pricing.”

“Whenever I come to Mohegan Sun for the day, I am always sure to stop in the store. I used to love the incredible selection and amount of unique finds in this store. However recently, my friend and I find that the store has significantly pulled back their selection. The store used to be packed from wall-to-wall with different unique items and now they have really thinned out their selection. There are still cute unique fines and things for each season and holiday, but it is not what it used to be.”
“I stopped in twice on New Year’s Eve and the older gentleman who’s typically there as cashier is always uplifting and making jokes. I miss customer service like that and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”

“The useless manager was more concerned about the cashiers asking customers to donate $ for Africa than he was getting down the extremely long lines. My cashier was polite and working hard and the manager had the nerve to chastise him, in front of customers,about asking each and every customer to donate. I wonder what was in it for him?”
“First of all let me start by saying I’m a white choclate lover !!!!! I usually go to the Dollar General store on Colman Street in New London ct. because they usually have the White chocolate M&Ms which I am a fan of !! Well the other day I went into this location to get my candy and couldn’t find them anywhere ?! So I asked the clerk who always helps me Caroline if they are out ? She dropped what she was doing and looked for them she finally spotted them behind the counter I was one happy customer!!
