“This is a very clean and trustworthy storage facility ! We had a unit for a year recently while we were out of state , even though it’s not climate controlled , we had zero issues with any damage to our items. The price is extremely reasonable and the staff was always friendly and helpful.”

“Darrell was really great he helped me out after a bad time at the place I was supposed to pick up the trailer at. I originally rented from the U-haul in Groton. But we received a text to pick it up at a U-Haul neighborhood dealer at 375 RT 12 Groton CT 06340. Well the owner David was a very arrogant man. Before I said a word he told me to move my car into a space. It wasn’t in the way it was parked like two other MEN parked but because I’m a woman, I had to move!!! The when I went back in he asked me for my license and credit card. I said to him not until you tell me the price. He then said $1,200.00 plus. I said that wasn’t correct. He said are you xxxx xxxxxxxxxx?
I said yes. He said then that is how much you owe. I said no and went back to the U-Haul business where I made the reservation and Darrell said David knows better than that and that the price was $577.00 total for rental insurance and tax. Darrell was excellent and David is a scammer!!!”
