Store is nice and clean but it’s impossible to get help. I have been waiting for weeks to get help with an issue related to my cable and the ticket hasn’t been generated. I just waited for 30 minutes in the store and no one was able to help me and there were only two people in front of me. It seemed like sales was moving but the service side of this company is awful.

This place is always crowded and I honestly would 100% suggest not going there for ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Xfinity mobile has gone down hill and the customer service Representatives on line or on the phone have a severe language barrier and totally 100% misconstrues everything I had tried telling them! I would go with either At&t or T-Mobile. They also piggyback off of Verizon 's cell towers and Verizon here in Groton is very bad the coverage is horrible and garbage!! Xfinity Mobile has also screwed me out of money and a device that they won't return. So honestly don't waste your time or money!!

2 visits to Groton, 2 tel calls for help and installer lied, stating we weren't home. Sitting right on front steps, no truck ever showed. Now have to schedule 3rd appt due to their incompetence. Totally unacceptable! They could screw up a 1 car funeral!

If I could give a zero I would . I went for upgrades for 3 phones made it very clear I wanted free phones like I had w.hen I signed up the first time . Even made my bf change his phone because I told the guy Miguel or Micheal not really sure on his name that I wanted the free phones so I got two of the phones that were advertised ON US because when something says on us it's on them . But he gave me the run around about I'll check into it it's only extra for the first cycle etc etc needless to say now I'm stuck with these phones and paying almost 200 a month from 100 definitely will be going a different route when my contract is up .

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. Our technician had our issue with our old modem resolved within 5 minutes! Great knowledgeable and friendly service!

Support leaves a lot to be desired. Had to wait 10 days for install appointment only for the tech never to show up
I think I must separate this from the store reps and the company. Store reps were very polite but the support comment still remains

I can honestly say I've never had a good experience.One time I even waited so long that they were closing up the store, They walked right by me. Another time,watched them tell an older gentleman that couldn't remember his password that he had to drive all the way home which was Stonington, and find this password.Then come back, after we waited I think he said an hour and a half to speak with somebody, just to be told that he had to drive home and get this password. That was on a piece of paper that he received the day before. Myself I dread going in there with everything I have. I beg the people on the phone don't please don't make me go there and disabled old lady. I can't get anything done on the phone because the Internet's on the blink. Oh it must be the my income isn't very high. I'm not sure because I am a nice person, well, that's what I've been told anyway. Make sure you have all your ducks in a row when you go there and don't hold your breath and just hope for the best. There's people in there that that know what they're doing. I'm sure of it. With all the stuff that happens to me that isn't too positive. I've been with Comcast for over 30 years. I keep coming back so got to be something good. Remember that part. I think that's the best part you're supposed. I'm supposed to tell you anyway. Godspeed ?️

I was very dissatisfied with customer service and there seems to always be a lot of customers with a lot of issues from this company they should have a local office instead of overseas I would make life easier for everybody as for 2 years with the phone service I have never once been able to use the data outside of my home but I've been charged for two years I've always had to use my Wi-Fi in-home in and out of the home which was worse because I always had to catch any type of Wi-Fi so I switched my phone service and I'm absolutely satisfied and I have been a 4-year customer of this company it's it's a shame that I got a lot of money lost and tied up into this very dissatisfied with the company Xfinity employees
