I think it is sad that you do not have a method of reporting reckless drivers for your business. I should not have to call the cops just to file a report. Especially when I have a dash cam video showing the XFINITY truck almost hitting me on the interstate and when I drove by the guy driving was one his cellphone not paying attention. There’s nothing better than someone not paying attention while driving and almost hitting you causing you to slam on your brakes and swerve almost getting rear ended by another and almost hitting a concrete barrier.I shouldn’t have to have an account to report something that could get people killed!!!

Comcast is fine until there is an outage. When their service goes down they have no sense if urgency, no accountability and have a 50-50 chance if resolving the issue correctly the first attempt.

This company sucks. They turned on my neighbor's internet and shut. Mine off. Do yourself a favor find a different internet. And I'm not even a customers of theirs. I have breeze internet. I would go with them

Trying to talk to a person by phone is impossible. Literally. You have to talk to a bot or some chat. You literally cannot to a person. I asked repeatedly to talk to a person It's infuriating to spend 60 minutes setting up an appointment, wait 2 hours for someone to show up to said appointment, then start all over again because chat guy forgot to put it in the system s he was text chatting to more than one phone.It is much better to drive 30 minutes to the store and talk to a person and get your bill fixed, and get your services updated and fixed.Customer service was much better & much friendlier.Xfinity needs to dump their whole online Bot/AI service from Hell! Ho back to old-fashioned customer service.

Don’t sign up with Comcast. Once you sign up you will never be able to reach a person for anything. Their automated phone system is anything but helpful and just terminates your call once the IA determine that you are to high maintenance.

I qualified for internet essentials but was told that I had to first apply with ACP and activate my internet by picking up the equipment before I could add ACP to my account and get the credit. So I go into this location and speak with Michael who activated my internet and equipment for me and when I asked him if he was able to also add the ACP code in order for my account to be credited for internet essentials, Michael said no problem and I not only gave him the code for my application which I was approved but he took a photo of it which included my social and told me that everything was all set. A few weeks go by and I noticed that I'm still being billed for internet, I call Xfinity and they tell me that no one at any location has the ability to add this ACP code and that they are sorry he misled me. Thank God I kept my application approval code and was able to give it to the Xfinity ACP department. I have no idea why Michael would claim that he could take this ACP code and ensure that I got this credit when they are not capable of doing so. I do know that if anything happens with my information or my identity then I will know exactly who to contact.

Bianca and Heather are my favorites. They have a good attitude, completely helpful, understanding, and overall made the experience super quick and easy. Unlike the tech support people I've talked and the amount of stress they created. I rather just go to the store and see one of these two awesome ladies.

0/5 if it was possible. The company steals money from people, especially elderly people. They do everything they can to not have to talk to you and will make you jump through hoops to get any money back even if you have confirmation on closed accounts.
