Employees were very professional and amenable to deal with.Having read a few negative reviews on this particular Quest Lab from 9-12 months ago, I was worried.But my experience this morning was a very good one. Today, I arrived for a lipid panel, but with no order from my cardiologist, Rebecca kindly instructed me to have him fax one over while she waited. Then, Rebecca painlessly inserted a needle in my arm & completed the procedure in short order. 5 stars for competence, patience, & kindness at a difficult time for all.”
