“I've been here since April of 2023. I really like it here so far. I have no trouble finding parking. It's a pretty safe community. The apartment itself is very nice and the price is great for the space. I have not had any issues getting maintenance to fix things. Only complaint is the front gate system is outdated and doesn't work. However, they are working on fixing it.”

“I've lived at The Novella for about 4 months, and it's been awesome! First off, the location is great – right near downtown, surrounded by many great places to eat. Whether I'm in the mood for something fancy or just a quick bite, everything's just a walk away. The apartment itself is super cozy and just nice to be in with thoughtfully designed rooms. For me, the best part is the apartment management team. From leasing to maintenance, every interaction has been a pleasure. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely caring.”

“A pretty decent building with large, affordable loft apartments. Kind of labyrinthine layout and the fixtures are cheap and outdated. Friendly, safe vibe. Smoking allowed in the units so you will smell smoke in the hallway.”
