“I cannot say enough positive things about the leasing office at The Audubon. I met James on my move-in day, when he was still new to The Audubon’s leasing office. Though it was a hectic day with many new residents moving in, James still took the time to help me and answer my (many) questions; he set an incredible tone for my experience here. I've also gotten to know Lauren and Adriana (they are both AMAZING), and I truly appreciate how they constantly go above and beyond for the residents.”

“I lived here for two years and they have been wonderful! the building is well kept, clean and inviting for guests. The lounge and the rooftop make for great areas to gather with your friends. The property staff not only are friendly, they truly care about their residents (Jamie, Andres, maintenance crew, and security crew). The staff is always readily available for any of your needs. Not to mention any issues that may arise are dealt with immediately which was much appreciated. The people of the building are also kind and very respectful. Great place to live!”

“Highly recommend for students and/or people looking to live downtown with a cheap rent and great management company. Never had issues that were mentioned by some of the other reviews. Management was super understanding when I was unable to pay rent on time due to being out of town and did not charge me a late fee for it. Rent increases for the year is very small and repairs/maintenance issues were resolved usually within 48 hours.”

“Just finished up a lease here with my buddy, overall our apartment was nice and provided a nice spot for us to live. Trevor was our main point of contact with management and he was nothing but helpful and understanding, whether it was parking passes or clarifying dates of payments he was a great help. Super easy to talk with and he always responded quickly. Thank you Trevor for being a great help to me and my roommate. Only downside I’d say is that the utility elevator seemed to be out of order frequently which made moving furniture in and out quite tricky.”

“I used to live here during 2018-2023, the walls and ceilings are weak you can hear your neighbors. I don't like the college kids living there because they get loud and disrespectful at times. Used to have a parking lot attendant and they were helpful. I think can a concierge during package deliveries hours is needed. I had someone took my package & brought it back set up lol.”
