“We recently had to move from the Novella. We wanted to write a review as we had only positive experiences living here.

Jamie, the manager could not have been more friendly and professional. She helped to make our home, feel like home every time we walked in. The staff in general were the same.

We were helped if we needed it and informed of anything we needed to know about the building early. The common areas are warm and welcoming, the roof terrace is gorgeous. Large windows in every apartment bring in so much light.Everything was kept clean and serviced.
The location is great, with so many great restaurants a stone's throw away as well as being super safe. We will miss it!”

“As long-time (six years!) residents of The Audubon we can't say enough about the great community this apartment complex offers us. We make full use of the many amenities, even including a huge family gathering on Boxing Day taking advantage of the professional kitchen, the art room, and the children's library and playroom. Woafa Said was really helpful in making that happen. She is so responsive and, along with the rest of the staff (particularly the best maintenance guys ever), a pleasure to work with at all times.”

“Highly recommend for students and/or people looking to live downtown with a cheap rent and great management company. Never had issues that were mentioned by some of the other reviews. Management was super understanding when I was unable to pay rent on time due to being out of town and did not charge me a late fee for it. Rent increases for the year is very small and repairs/maintenance issues were resolved usually within 48 hours.”

“I live down the street from this complex, I recently had a package mistakenly delivered to 220 Fountain Street Apartment. I decided to stop by and see was it turned in to management, while there i met with Trevor the Assistant Manager
Trevor went above and beyond checking their mail room, sent out an email to other staff looking for the package, he check the cameras and he took my name numberand email incase it showed up. He emailed me by the end of the day to let me know the package was never found. Today, 3/11/26, almost 2 weeks later, I received a call from Trevor, to let me know my package was found! If he went above and beyond for me, I can only imagine how much of a help he is there for the residences and staff.

In today's world that was an amazing thing he day for me and I am very grateful. Trevor is truly a blessing, honest man of his word and an asset to 200 Fountain Street.

The proactive approach to property management is evident through regular apartment inspections, which contribute to maintaining high standards. Furthermore, pest control services are readily arranged and efficiently deployed whenever necessary, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic living space for residents.

I would also like to commend the staff. The maintenance personnel are consistently courteous and professional in their interactions. Johanna, the property manager, is a particularly noteworthy individual; she demonstrates significant respect for residents and possesses excellent listening skills. When approached with clear communication, she is highly responsive and genuinely dedicated to assisting residents and resolving their concerns effectively.

In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend this as an exceptionally pleasant and well-managed residential community.

“A pretty decent building with large, affordable loft apartments. Kind of labyrinthine layout and the fixtures are cheap and outdated. Friendly, safe vibe. Smoking allowed in the units so you will smell smoke in the hallway.”
