“Shopped at the Milford location and I can say that this location was very clean and organized. However, the older lady at the cashier was unpleasant.
First, I had asked if they accept Apple Pay. Before I could even finish she cut me off saying, “we don’t take Apple Pay here”. So I pulled out my card and proceeded with my purchase.
Secondly, I came in here spending $100+ and the lady didn’t even bag my items and didn’t wrap my glass items either. I had to ask her for wrapping paper… as soon as I paid, she just took the next customer as I had to bag my own (several) items. It made it feel like an awkward shopping experience for me.
I’d understand if I had only bought a couple of items. However, I bought several items (some fragile items as well).
Idk if this is how employees are trained here but for the price they charge for their items. You’d think you’d get better quality service.
I would suggest to better train your staff to make a comfortable shopping experience for people. Because this was not it for me… nice store tho!”

“I Have Not Gone There In 25 Years. I Went Back There 10 Weekends Ago And Honestly I Really Really LOVE Joann's Fabric And Crafts. After Not Being At Joann's For 25 Years It Took A Giant Toll On Me. If You Ever Need Any Craft Supplies Or Fabric To Back Something For Someone Then Go To Joann's Fabric And Crafts.”
