Hobby Lobby offers an excellent selection of DIY crafts and arts supplies with a huge variety, including items like airbrush guns and compressors. The store is consistently described as very clean, organized, and quiet. Customers find a wide range of products, from custom framing and floral supplies to home décor, fabrics, and seasonal items, comparing its variety to several major competitor stores. However, reviews frequently mention that prices can be high. A common point of criticism involves the service at checkout, where staff members have been described as unpleasant and unhelpful, with customers reporting long lines and having to bag their own purchases even with fragile items. While the store itself receives praise for its inventory and cleanliness, several reviews suggest that staff training could be improved to create a more comfortable shopping experience.
