I googled autobody shops near me called Theroux and Doug came down to me before I drove the car to make sure it was safe. Doug did everything he could (and more) to make sure that I was back on the road and feeling safe. “Thomas and all the new staff there are amazing very helpful and knowledgeable my car broke down around the corner from his store the dixwell location I had my son and daughter in the car in the cold Thomas and the new guy with the dread locks pushed my car to his parking lot and actually figured out my problem was just a basic $20 dollar that could of ended up saving me a tow bill and a unexpected repair bill for a mother trying to survive I’m beyond grateful for them and they gained a new lifetime customer
