I purchased a car starter for my son, not realizing that his car already had one installed. More than a year later, when helping my son move, I came across the starter, still in the package. Chris allowed me to return the older model car starter and replace it with a new starter that would fit my car, which was a different model than my son’s car. Not only did Chris honor my original purchase over a year and a half earlier, he installed a new starter in a different car at no extra charge. Don’t go anywhere else.
