“Great mechanic and experience. I scheduled an oil change and dropped off my car days later. It was ready in about 3-4 hours. I also needed a small thing done and Rick immediately ordered the part with next day shipping. Called the next day, the part arrived so I went and had it installed. Everything was easy and stress free. He didn’t tell me there was a million things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed. He simply did my oil change at a fair price. I was the one who asked him about a broken part that needed fixing and he went above and beyond to fix it for me at a great price. He’s also funny lol. I’ve found my permanent mechanic shop!”

I purchased a car starter for my son, not realizing that his car already had one installed. More than a year later, when helping my son move, I came across the starter, still in the package. I called Tint Works, and spoke with Chris. Chris allowed me to return the older model car starter and replace it with a new starter that would fit my car, which was a different model than my son’s car. Not only did Chris honor my original purchase over a year and a half earlier, he installed a new starter in a different car at no extra charge. Don’t go anywhere else. When the package arrive (two days later) one of the packages had a small rip in it and was missing the small parts (it happens). I called the company, not expecting any one to answer at almost 9PM, but someone in the warehouse did and I was told to send an email. The next day around 9:30-10:00AM I received an email that the replacement parts will be sent out and apologizing for the inconvenience. Wow, that was too easy. Two days later I had a complete kit in my hands. Things to know, 1) they had my parts in stock 2) good prices 3) fast shipping 4) outstanding customer service I normally don't review companies, good or bad, but this type of service is almost unheard of in todays world.”
