I'm a college student from out of state and he took the time to show me what was up with my car as well as explain all my options. Then he explained it all again over the phone to my parents. He's not a mechanic that just tries to upsell or convince you into fixing an issue that isn't there. He's a very genuine guy and I'd recommend him to everyone, especially QU students as he really does go above and beyond to help people out!”

“We visited Rogers Repair to collect a uhaul moving truck. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The out of hours rental drop off ensured we could have the van until we needed it. It was easy and efficient to take the van back, you merely park the van outside and put the keys through the drop off slot and the following morning we had our final updated receipt via email telling us they had received the van.”

“Great customer service and honest, friendly staff. Brought my mother’s car in after she hit a curb to check on a sensor and patch a nail hole in tire. They checked everything and found that it was a tiny nail that hadn’t punctured the tire and that the sensor had reset itself, they insisted on not charging us. We have found our new go to garage.”

“Thanks to Caldwell, I finally have my car back!! My car had a seeming undiagnosable issue for over a year. I went to 3 separate repair shops. No one could figure it out. I brought it to Caldwell and Brandon didn't rest until the issue was found and fixed. He was very forthright about the work done, got a good deal on parts, didn't overcharge, and spent many hours at his own cost to diagnose and fix the issue. I will definitely be back.
For anyone with a Subaru: If your car is sluggish and rumbling on the highway after about 30min, especially on braking, try disabling Hill Assist. Brandon was able to diagnose the issue was with a broken longitudinal G-Force sensor, causing the breaks to apply slightly all the time, causing break lines to boil and car to rumble.”

“My car was stolen and essentially totaled. I just had the engine entirely replaced so it was worth saving. Took it over to Del’s due to some word of mouth suggestions and couldn’t be happier. Awesome staff that were more than happy to work with me on pricing since it was coming out of pocket, got the car back to me way sooner than expected and driving better than before. My favorite part was that they called me with updates instead of me having to be the squeaky wheel.

“After hydroplaning into a snow pile (that caused my bumper to be in pretty rough shape) I had to get quotes from multiple body shops to complete the repair. The majority of the places were completely absurd and ranged between $1000-2000 for a completely new bumper. The bumper repair that these guys did came out looking like brand new at literally a quarter of the price. I didn't have to go through the hassle of using my insurance either, so I saved money that I would have spent on my deductible too. These guys are absolutely amazing and I could not recommend them more! ☺️”

“Amazing experience from start to finish. I got in my first accident and had no idea where to turn. I googled autobody shops near me called Theroux and Doug came down to me before I drove the car to make sure it was safe. Doug did everything he could (and more) to make sure that I was back on the road and feeling safe. He helped me get an insurance claim in and get me to the enterprise so I could get a rental in order to get back to school. Thank you for everything Doug and team.”

“Nice place to go for lower gas prices and the station itself is clean and organized. The staff greet you with a smile which is always nice. They have a good but smaller selection of drinks and snacks. I mostly go beach use it’s clean and cheaper. Try to pay in cash since you save that way too.”
