“Matt, owner of Euroworks, is by far the most thorough, knowledgeable, and honest mechanic I've ever done business with. The work was done quickly, the communication was great, and the price was a fraction of what I would've paid at a dealership or most independent shops.
Matt is just an all-around good dude. He doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need and gives you an honest and cost-effective solution. My car will only be coming here for all of its service from now on.
It's hard enough to find a good mechanic, and even harder to find one who really knows European cars and takes the time to explain what could be done, what should be done, and what absolutely needs to be done to keep your car on the road.
Make sure you call ahead because he is usually booked solid for a few weeks. That alone tells you everything you need to know.

“Great customer service and honest, friendly staff. Brought my mother’s car in after she hit a curb to check on a sensor and patch a nail hole in tire. They checked everything and found that it was a tiny nail that hadn’t punctured the tire and that the sensor had reset itself, they insisted on not charging us. We have found our new go to garage.”

Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. “Thanks to Caldwell, I finally have my car back!! My car had a seeming undiagnosable issue for over a year. I went to 3 separate repair shops. No one could figure it out. I brought it to Caldwell and Brandon didn't rest until the issue was found and fixed. He was very forthright about the work done, got a good deal on parts, didn't overcharge, and spent many hours at his own cost to diagnose and fix the issue. I will definitely be back.
For anyone with a Subaru: If your car is sluggish and rumbling on the highway after about 30min, especially on braking, try disabling Hill Assist. Brandon was able to diagnose the issue was with a broken longitudinal G-Force sensor, causing the breaks to apply slightly all the time, causing break lines to boil and car to rumble.”

“After hydroplaning into a snow pile (that caused my bumper to be in pretty rough shape) I had to get quotes from multiple body shops to complete the repair. The majority of the places were completely absurd and ranged between $1000-2000 for a completely new bumper. The bumper repair that these guys did came out looking like brand new at literally a quarter of the price. I didn't have to go through the hassle of using my insurance either, so I saved money that I would have spent on my deductible too. These guys are absolutely amazing and I could not recommend them more! ☺️”

“I highly recommend Quality Used Tires and Alloy Wheel Repair. I would like to share why. A lot has changed in Hamden since the late 1960s and 1970s. Few family-owned and small businesses remain here in Hamden. Relationships are replaced with transactions. Things, places change! And this would include exemplary customer care and customer service that you tend to find in a small town. This is why it was most refreshing to experience exemplary customer service and customer care at Quality Used Tires and Alloy Wheel Repair in Hamden. Yet, I almost drove to Bethany and Waterbury to service my vehicle because neither my call nor voicemail was returned. But, something said to reach out via a chat or text. That did it! They quickly responded, analyzed my situation (bent alloy wheel), and told me to be over there by 4pm. Once there, they went over step by step the exact procedure(s), the detailed cost, estimated time, potential impact on wheel cover, and kept me updated on where they were in completing the work. The guys were great and their great repair work needs to be widely celebrated and recognized. Not to mention the fact that Quality Used Tires and Alloy Wheel Repair was highly recommended by another local Hamden business that I regularly patronize. I believe in writing stellar reviews when warranted. A most satisfied customer I will return and direct patrons there as well for the wheel service(s) requested, for the quality service, and for the value.

“Had my wheels powered coated by another shop, color was way off and the quality was horrible. Because the workmanship was so bad I decided to take a loss and find another shop. I found CT Custom on instagram when I searched the color I wanted which they had done in the past and it looked good. I called the shop and Taj answered while he was literally getting off a plane on his vacation. I told him my situation and he promised to take care of me…he sure did!! While he was vacation, he was able to order my powder color, and coordinate having my wheels done in 4 days!!! His shop did it the right way, stripped to bare metal, sandblasted and powdered coated without cutting corners, not to mention mounted and balanced my new $2000 tires without a mark on the wheel and as promised done on time. He showed me videos of the process and I saw first hand the quality of work they do. Wheels came out amazing and having OCD that says a lot! These guys were professional and actually cared about me as a client and not just another “job”. He replied to every text and call I made to him while he was on his vacation…that says everything about how he runs his business!!! Thanks Taj and CT Customs!! My 22 BMW X5MC is sitting right and summer ready!!!”
