“The New Haven office is great and the two women who work the desk are both excellent. We received a new 2025 blue Nissan wirh only ca. 3300 miles in pristine condition (clean and sparkling!). We had no problems at all and we even received a ride to the airport from Kay (delightful young lady and a great, careful drive!) for our flight from Tweed-New Haven airport. We recommend Rent a Wreck very highly - their prices are excellent!”

“Purchased a Jeep from Cheap Auto Rental and it was an incredibly easy, fair, and honest process. A day or two after I noticed an issue and called them, not only did they tell me to bring it in without questions to fix, but due to a family emergency I went a week without bringing the car in. Not only did they not forget, they called me to asking if the problem was resolved and if I needed it fixed still. I can't imagine there are any other dealers going out of their way to ensure things worked out. I was so impressed with them and their deals that I am buying two more cars. For their prices and payment arrangements, I would be pressed to find a place better.”
“I wanted to rent a Luxury SUV for my son’s Prom. Unfortunately, that wasn’t available but the gentleman that helped me over the phone assured me that he had the perfect replacement SUV.
When I got there the team knew it was for Prom and they went the extra mile to clean the exterior and interior so I could play chauffeur. I was soo grateful! My son was so happy when I picked him up.

“I love Enterprise, theyre who i always use. They picked me up and dropped me off to when I dropped off/picked up my car. So that was nice. Only thing was it was a Mercedes so I was nervous. However the heat was not as hot as my car and there were no seat warmers, which I am accustomed to. Overall I prefer my car but it was fine. Im happy to have my car back. I will use Enterprise again.”

“I rented a car this past Wednesday night, my flight was delayed for two hours due to weather conditions. When we arrived at the airport the person had quite a few rentals to fill. He filled all of them to the best of his ability, he was kind and understanding considering the situation. I myself was not the best customer and took my frustrations out on him (completely unnecessarily and I would rate myself with negative 5 stars) but he continued to be extremely professional and respectful. If I could take it back I would. I want to apologize for my behavior, but I can’t get through to their direct office. I urge anyone who is reading this to take note of my error and lack of preparation; hopefully they will learn from me and put themselves in their shoes. The people behind the desk are just human like all of us and they have feelings too. Please don’t do what I did, properly prepare yourself for your trips and don’t take your frustrations out on the people behind the counter they’re just trying to help.”
“I was worried about renting from this place because of the low reviews, but I'm so glad I did! It was the cheapest out of all of them. I booked my car ahead before my trip, took an Uber from down the road from the airport after I got off the plane, and was the first person there. “It was easy for me to book and pay for the rental car with Hertz online. The two guys working at the front desks got me in the car quicky. The car was clean and felt safe with all the new features.
The only issue I had was the wiper blades were very ineffective in rain.”
