“I've used this location (as Budget) a few times over the past couple years and have had positive experiences. It's one of the only downdown(ish) rental agencies left, so it's convenient for me to walk to from my office. Recently they hired an associate named Ehmet who has been extremely helpful, civilized and friendly. Basically I had to renew my rental several times and he made it work. Granted, he's only partially to thank as availability is a major factor, but he certainly made the experience easy. I looked at the other reviews when choosing initially, and a lot of them seem to be over minor stuff like pre-existing damage (which is obviously outside of any location's control, even my rental had some pre-existing damage) or complaints about the phones/corporation itself, which yes are probably true but welcome to 2026, every company has horrid customer service at the corporate level. I would say you're probably safe renting from this place without drama or scams.”

My only disappointment was that I didn’t realize there was no after-hours drop-off option available at this location. It would have been helpful if that information had been made clearer during the rental process.
