“I rented a car this past Wednesday night, my flight was delayed for two hours due to weather conditions. When we arrived at the airport the person had quite a few rentals to fill. He filled all of them to the best of his ability, he was kind and understanding considering the situation. I myself was not the best customer and took my frustrations out on him (completely unnecessarily and I would rate myself with negative 5 stars) but he continued to be extremely professional and respectful. If I could take it back I would. I want to apologize for my behavior, but I can’t get through to their direct office. I urge anyone who is reading this to take note of my error and lack of preparation; hopefully they will learn from me and put themselves in their shoes. The people behind the desk are just human like all of us and they have feelings too. Please don’t do what I did, properly prepare yourself for your trips and don’t take your frustrations out on the people behind the counter they’re just trying to help.”
“The location is impressive for the resources they have. They always try their best to get you a car, things are easier if you make an online booking. Staff is polite, professional and does a great job. Obviously Hertz has some clunkiness on their website and app but that’s not something they can do anything about. Waiting times may be longer during busy hours.
I definitely wish they allowed late returns and were open longer on the weekend. But hey, this is a good establishment for the size of the city we are in.”
“I was worried about renting from this place because of the low reviews, but I'm so glad I did! It was the cheapest out of all of them. I booked my car ahead before my trip, took an Uber from down the road from the airport after I got off the plane, and was the first person there. The guy was helpful and the car was great, I had no problems whatsoever. It was a great experience and I'll definitely use Budget again.”

“Used this Avis for 1.5 years every month or so and was a smooth check-in and checkout every single time. The last time I rented with them, I came three minutes after closing time and the gentleman there was still kind enough to accommodate my rental.
