“Monday I dropped off my laptop and Bob (tech) told me he would check out and call me in 24 hours with what needed to be done and with a quote. He called me back within one hour with problem and quote to fix. I gave him ok to proceed and was told 2 parts had to be ordered and it would be a few days to receive and install. Today (3 days later) he called me at 8:30 AM and said work completed and working properly. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend IMC for computer repairs.”

“Good service. They do know everything to do computer repairs.i had my laptop repaired by telling them the screen is not right. And told them to save all my data too. When I picked it up and tried it home they DID NOT do the right thing, they erased my data and notes, blacken the screen.”

“My experience was good but could be better. i asked an employee where a certain cable was, he pointed me towards the computer section in the back. I was there looking for this cable for 10 mins didn’t find it (I stayed that long because maybe I thought I wasn’t paying much attention). Came back upfront, asked a different employee, she actually helped me look for it and I got it in less than a minute. Other than that, checkout was fast no and problem at all.”

“My iPhone X froze. Couldn't shut it off to reset as I normally do. Took it to my phone carrier's store & they pitched hard to sell me a new phone. They recommended to upgrade it. Just as second thought took it to Apple Store in New Haven. Logan at the Genius Bar unfroze it, ran some diagnostics & said my phone is fine. Despite that I wanted to look into an upgraded model. Sales gentleman Howard looked my phone said unless I'm looking for a better camera my phone is fine. Such honest services & recommendations. These guys are true class acts!”

“My computer had slowly been failing for some time. Every time it completed booting I was filled with joy as it was one more day without attempting to find a competent person to come to my home and repair it. I had a vague idea of what was wrong but hardware is not my strong suit. Finally, the day came and I had to find someone. l. I continued to search and by chance found Simply Computers. There was one great review of SC and I took the leap. It was Simply the best call I could have made. Not only did a real person {the business owner} answer the phone, we discussed the problem. John {owner} stated he could come to my home that very evening. He not only actually showed up { I hear many do not}, he came with the hardware to fix what he believed would solve the problem I described. John is a pleasant person who is very knowledgeable. He readily answered all our questions and fixed a few minor problems he observed without being asked. John's prices are reasonable and I could not have been more pleased with the results. It is too bad that on Yelp there are only only five stars to indicate ~Woohoo! As good as it gets!~ Simply Computers and John deserve at least ten stars. I would recommend Simply Computers to anyone who needs great service and a knowledgeable tech. Check out the site:”
