“It was a morning like so many others. On the computer, read the news. Out of the blue, a VIRUS took over. Red and blue squares, flashing lights, I was powerless. Turned off the computer, turned it back on, still there, mocking me. Tried it again. Nope. No mouse cursor control. Oh boy. Now what? Last year, IMC had helped me transfer my hard drive from the old box to a new one. I called. Amari answered. Bring it in, he said. We'll fix you up. I did. And sure enough, the next morning and for a very modest fee, my computer is back home and happy once again. So am I. These guys are great.”

“Went to Best Buy with 2 of my boys for a pokemon event today. The staff were fantastic and set up a really cool experience for the kids. My boys loved trading cards and building Pikachu figurines. The fact that there was pokemon things both for free (for the kids) and to buy at a store these days is a testament to the staff that ran the event. “I usually have a great experience at the store. However, I bought a new computer a few days ago, and the person who helped with the setup was sullen and uncommunicative. He wondered off while I was trying to complete the process and seemed to resent my questions. I will have to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to complete the process.”
