He called me back within one hour with problem and quote to fix. I gave him ok to proceed and was told 2 parts had to be ordered and it would be a few days to receive and install. Today (3 days later) he called me at 8:30 AM and said work completed and working properly. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend IMC for computer repairs.”

“Went to Best Buy with 2 of my boys for a pokemon event today. The staff were fantastic and set up a really cool experience for the kids. My boys loved trading cards and building Pikachu figurines. The fact that there was pokemon things both for free (for the kids) and to buy at a store these days is a testament to the staff that ran the event. Would highly recommend this location and definitely recommend them and other locations running one of these events again in the future!”
