Well it happened.. cvs has turned in walgreens!! Receive text/phone calls saying RX is ready, only to wait 20 minutes in drive thru line and to be told its not ready. The pot smoke from the drive thru window was a nice touch as well.

Not only are the staff members consistently rude, their supervisor defends their behavior. I went in to pick up a refill and the drive thru attendant couldn’t find it. Frustrated, she walked away without word to get someone else to serve me. I told the new girl her co worker was being rude and their supervisor overheard so he told me not to talk to them her that. She clarified it was a different girl and he just giggled and said oh then walked away. He clearly knows she is problematic and shouldn’t be doing people facing work. I understand work stress but you don’t have to work in customer service positions if you aren’t hospitable. It’s a choice to be rude

Understaffed and slow service dropped off my prescription on a Friday went to check Monday they didn’t fill it because they didn’t know who it was for mind you I handed it to worker in person she just said all set we will call you when it’s ready . So I was told to come back Wednesday and seems staff is still short

The pharmacy area is the worst one.
Very rude ones working on the front counter of the pharmacy, specially the dark skinned tall one. She mutters openly. CVS need to provide training for their staff.

You can’t reach the pharmacy directly and the pharmacists are not helpful. I was hoping this CVS would be better than the one at 2045, but it is just as bad.

Melanie, the manager is very rude and so not know how to talk to people I over heard her on the phone with a customer a was so nasty to her and come to find out cvs / the manager had the the lady package the whole Time!!!!

Cannot reach the pharmacy to see why they won't fill either of my prescriptions. It asks me to leave a voicemail and nobody has followed up with me. I'm sick and need this medication to recover. This is par for the course for CVS locations, but the voicemail is crazy. No other CVS I know of uses this. I hope my next insurance provider doesn't lock me into CVS pharmacy as well because it's been 8 years of this no matter where I go.

Pharmacists are rude and not willing to help.
Unfortunately they put their convenience above customer needs. Very frustrating, won’t go there again.

My experience at the CVS on Dixwell was amazing. My day started off rough , but the customer service I experienced brightened it completely, especially with how polite and caring the young gentleman helping me was . Thank you !

Avoid at all costs.- staff hang up on, and/or do not answer calls.- mislabel Rxs.- put in the wrong dates, making it impossible for scribers to send updated Rxs.- do not actually contact doctors for fills when they say they did.- hang up on pt calls after you've been on hold for ages.-0/10: hope this location closes or gets a total staff rehaul. What a horrible pharmacy.
