My tablet wasn't working so I brought it in to have iZeek look at it. He plugged it into the wall and saw that I have been using a non-standard cord for charging. He told me I needed to use a Samsung cord. And he didn't charge me a nickel for this advice!! Highly recommended!!

Sometimes you have to be careful with the reviews. Not all the reviews are real.They actually rip you off. They are really expensive. The repair charge for the product is more than the product actual price. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They charge $60 only for checking your product.
