“Went in looking to switch cell service and get a new phone after my husband's phone broke. It was close to closing so we weren’t expecting to walk out with phones that night.

Jeffery was awesome. He walked us through every step of the process. Helped us find the right phone for our needs, pick a great plan, and get the accessories that we needed (which he installed for us). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our numbers transferred before we left and made sure we had the customer service number in case anything went wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier or more enjoyable time buying a new phone. I wasn't planning on upgrading my phone that day but I'm glad I did.

We are about an hour away from this store and I’d absolutely go there again for that level of service. 10/10”

“I was trying to find a location that will be able to fix my electronic devices at a reasonable price. I appreciate these guys. They do an excellent job. They were able to get my devices back soon as possible. I brought an iPad there to be fixed my Grandson‘s iPad he broke the power cord connection in and I dropped it off and it was ready to next day very quick And I was able to have the device back for him to use the next day. I also dropped off my PS5 that I had the disc get stuck inside the device and I couldn’t get it out and I was able to get that replacement repair. Everything is working fine. Excellent job price is reasonable.”

there about 7:50.Jomar was the first to greet me and help my father and I out. My father has a hard time walking and is handicapped. He made
Sure to find a seat for him and make sure he was comfortable first before he helped us. He went over every option we had, was extremely transparent, and went above and beyond with each question we had despite it being past 8pm, closing time. Never once did Jomar act like he was in a rush to leave or be rude or anything. He was absolutely the definition of professional and outstanding customer service. We are going to be returning Tuesday the 28th to get two new phones because of how great he was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you want to get great customer service, outstanding help, and get a great deal, come here to the Hamden At & T store and ask for Jomar. Thank you again.

“I called them a few days/weeks prior to my service asking for quote on how much it would cost for a hdmi port repair and a cleaning of my PS5. They gave me the quote and when i finally had time to go up there. I asked to make sure the quote was the same. They reassure me after i had a bad experience with a previous repair shop that they would be efficient and communicative to which they were! I dropped off my console Saturday morning and by Saturday evening my console was fully restored back to its former glory! I highly recommend for consoles these guys are efficient and communicative! I will be returning in the future for more repairs and will be recommending to all my family and friends 5/5 stars truly!”
