Thyme & Season is a local natural and organic food market and a beloved gem. It offers a great selection of products, including many natural and organic items, fresh food, and prepared food that is delicious. The store carries items you won’t find in regular or big-chain stores. Despite limited space, it has a decent selection and is very clean and well-organized. The staff is dedicated, friendly, and helpful, providing great service. Checkout is super friendly, efficient, and generally not a long wait. There is ample parking, contributing to a pleasant experience that is more convenient than overcrowded supermarkets. While organic and fresh food is more expensive and prices are a little higher, many find them not unreasonable. Some items are in-line with or slightly cheaper than supermarkets, and pricing is in line with other stores of its ilk. The overall vibe is not "hip" but the quality is high. Customers feel you get what you pay for with products that are good for people and the planet.
I drive from Rocky Hill just to come here. The hot food selection is amazing (especially the mushroom leek strudel) but also the grab and go section. Staff members have always been kind and helpful. I wish there were more locations!

T&S is a wonderful asset to our community. I have been shopping there for over 10 years. The staff have always been helpful and welcoming. Great diversity in their products from fresh produce, to bulk items, and the prepared foods are delicious. Excellent resource for supplements.

I love this store. There is a mindful and kind attentiveness to the entire place, and shopping here is like a hug. Their store made foods, oils, and tinctures are top quality and I regularly pick up gifts and get requests for their products. The best locally sourced foods and cottage industry products in New Haven county.
