Aetna has good coverage, claim payments and benefits, but customers report long phone wait times, many agents, and difficulty understanding staff. Dirty company with no morals or shame. Will be seeking litigation! Need a spinal fusion due to fractured spine and degenerative discs. They claim it is not medically necessary due to not finishing physical therapy.

Aetna mis-populated my ssn with someone else's name for an individual withdrawing a medical pension in the amount of $45,973. The Special Investigations Unit and eleven other reps took full accountability but would not provide me with a letter indicating such to submit to the IRS. I am now accountable for the penalties....
