“4 hours on the phone 6 agents one had me on hold for over an hour and you still cant get it right why surgery that 1 dr 2 specialist stated I needed was denied cause your "health team" didnt see it necessary ? you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. everyone go report them as I know i filed one they shouldn't be in business”
