“ALWAYS Check for things on the ground that CAN put a leak or hole in your tires at every car wash ! Even a bottle cap can cut the treed on a tire ! Which DOES start little . Which leads to wear & tare AFFECTING the steering/aliengment/ vehicle balance of the other tires ! LUCKLY this car wash had very FEW obsecults on the ground !! Even the attendants watched me & wondering why I was checking before entering the wash bay. NO CLUES WHAT SO EVER to what I was doing ? They MIGHT have checked the barrel when I left ?”
“i’ve been coming here for over one year. All the staff are very professional and customer friendly orientated. Any issues I’ve ever had they did direct to the regional manager, which was ignored. I did speak to someone in corporate yesterday and address my concerns, and I was assured that moving forward my issues will no longer be a problem. I was suggested to go to a different location in which I explained that was not conducive to my crazy work schedule and the convenience of the Weston Street location the crew at Weston Street do not get the credit in which they deserve they have to deal with customers who are in a rush and don’t understand patients I commend all the staff on Weston Street. “Mr. Sparkle car wash has touchless and automatic car wash and vacuums and most people do the self service car wash then when you put change in the machine the machine gives you dollar coins instead of quarters. You can add extra time when you add more dollar coins when you wash your car plus the vacuuums for the cars you only get 4 minutes to vacuum your cars. Mr. Sparkle car wash has other locations in Wethersfield Vernon East Hartford Newington West Hartford Tolland Manchester and Springfield Massachusetts. Wash more and spend $1 a day at Mr. Sparkle Car Wash I saw a billboard ad about it recently.”
