Convenient and accessible if you are working downtown, walking, biking, maybe not the easiest if you need to park a car. Staff was friendly and patient as I listened to someone with an issue loudly expressing their confusion, while the teller kept a calm quiet demeanor and tried to work through the problem. My transaction was quick and easy, I grabbed a lollipop and left”

“Attention to all my fellow southerners coming from an old school southerner himself. This is from the heart. If you are coming from down south to the east coast, listen up. After many interactions dealings with other chase banks in the east coast around the New England area, specifically in Connecticut. This bank located at 700 weathers field ave, Hartford Connecticut, is the best one yet in the east coast, that I have/still is, currently dealing with at the time of writing this, business wise and customer wise. Out of all the branches so far that I encountered in Connecticut, this one specifically is truly the best for your business etc and as a bank in general. Their in person customer service is truly wonderful and amazing. I advise to go there in person and TAKE THE TIME to BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND CALL! They will treat you with the utmost respect and can answer any questions you may have regarding your financial problems or if you are just getting started with an account. They truly care. They helped me get my first ever credit card as well! And I truly love the benefits and offers that comes with it. This the finest establishment I came across and the cleanest. The staff is truly amazing and helpful as well and they do care about your issues and situations as well. Please be respectful and courteous. They are understanding. I would like to give A HUGE SHOUTOUT AND APPRECIATION to the current staff their as well: Mr. FRANCISCO, Ms. EVELYN, Ms. ANA, Mr. JOSE , Ms. MERCEDES , Mr. AARON, and Ms. ESTEPHANY for being patient and understanding and helping me and teaching me about credit and taking the time to manage, organize, understand and get my finances together.
