I have been a member here for over 10 years and was employed with this company in the past. Recently, after multiple CEO’s and change in management, I have found their company “motto” to be a lie. They are NOT centered around their members. If they were truly centered around the members then as a long time member they would have worked with me to get back on track after falling on hard times instead of demeaning me, making me feel worse about my financial situation, and treating me like a scammer when explaining my financial situation due to a loss of employment within my household. The interim CEO was also not helpful or supportive nor did she note the conversation that she had regarding the plan to correct my account issues. I understand that this is a business but there should be more understanding and communication between their establishment and the members especially those who have been with them for YEARS and HAVE BEEN IN GOOD STANDING with them. Overall, I have decided that once I have settled my business I will no longer continue to work with this financial institution.

Always seems to be an issue with my debit card. It will randomly stop working and won’t accept instant transfers, or work at the atm in the bank. Tellers never have an explanation or solution just “you have to wait until it’s fixed”. Going to go with a bigger more established bank because Cencap is way to inconvenient.

I have never had as much trouble using my own money as I do with this credit union. Not to mention that every time I’ve called to ask a question, I get told TOTALLY conflicting things about how to access my account. Extremely unorganized. If you’re in a position where you need to talk to an actual person....good luck.

Drive thru here is a joke!!! For the second time I've gone there and sat in the drive thru for over ten minutes ringing their bell with no response. The customer service here sucks!! No one ever came to the window. So I went inside. Not enough tellers only two. They need a sign for drive thru stating its closed if no one is going to work the drive thru instead of making customers wait until somone feels like responding. Just poor service. I will be changing banks.

Oh how I wish I could just turn away a customer just because I won't be able to take care of them before we close. Yes I came in 15mins before closing time but the way my schedule is set up its really the only time I can come in to set up an account. I know because its been something I've been trying to do for weeks. I finally get out in time to make it to Cencap before they closed. And I was turned away because no one wanted to take the extra time to take care of me. Very poor service. You lost a great customer.

This bank will not accept any calls. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with a customer service representative and if you actually do they are so rude. They sigh and suck their teeth. I even got hung up on twice before I received any help. Very poor customer service help.
