Terrible service. Periodic, random disconnects that takes them days to fix. The last tech who came out disconnected every phone connector except the one being used. I'm definitely leaving Frontier ASAP.

When setting up a neighbors service, the tech disconnected mine.
Instead of fixing it, they left and customer service said that the best they can do is send someone out in 2 days.
