Horrible customer service and the internet is trash 10 mins to download an app and they won’t send you your bill until your service is cut so they can charge extra

They didn't even show up to the install.. no call. Also, the phone system sucks just to get a live agent. They could not even pronounce the name of my street. They can not even service my home and have me believing they could. Don't get this service.

Signed a 1 year contract with frontier. When I was moving and cancelled service they added a $50 "restocking fee" to return the router. I called to ask why and was told it is for refurbishing. I mentioned that mine would need no refurbishing and that I was not made aware of this charge when I signed the contract. They told me to look at the fine print on the last page of a bill from several months back saying that they would charge this.That is just wrong. You cannot just start adding on fees to an existing contract. Will never use frontier again.

Frontier is coming along, it's DSL is getting better, more reliable. Hopefully they'll get fiber into the urban areas soon, apartment complexes, condos, ect.
