New Country MINI provided great service and a welcoming environment. The staff adapt to moods and meet where they are, whether a good day or bad. Clear and efficient service in the service area includes Minis and Cooper, with knowledgeable reps maintained great communication while a car is in service for days. First time experience buying a new car includes help handling logistics for out of state plates and avoiding the DMV. Live videos of the service are provided, and the new machine had coffee. The staff is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, super friendly, and happy to wear a sweatshirt like the staff. They felt thrilled with the experience.
