“Highly knowledgeable staff. I worked with Dan and he took great care of my car. They do great work on Teslas and replaced my front bumper and a few other small components after an incident. The timeline was faster than expected and the car looks brand new. Highly recommend 10/10.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this auto body shop. After dealing with damage to my vehicle for over a year, I struggled to find a reliable shop that would work with my insurance. From the moment I came here, everything changed. Dustin and Kevin were both incredible throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and transparency. Not only were they professional, but they were also honest and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled properly. I never felt left in the dark, and they made what had been a long, frustrating situation finally feel easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work, excellent communication, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers”

“I can’t say enough good things about Friendly Autobody and Towing. They took on a job that several other companies wouldn’t even attempt, and they handled it with professionalism and care from start to finish. A huge thank you to Miguel, who went above and beyond to help me during a really stressful situation. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel like my situation truly mattered. “If you’ve ever heard, it’s not the problem it’s how you respond to a problem that counts. We had an issue with the service done on our motor coach. I didn’t notice the problem until after I brought it home. I immediately called Mike in the service dept. And without hesitation he told me to bring it back and he would make sure I was happy. Mike never became defensive or unprofessional he apologized and took responsibility for the shortcomings. Mike promised me he would correct the issue and that I would be 100% satisfied. I want anyone who reads this to know I am 100% satisfied and because of Mike’s commitment to correcting my concerns I will definitely return for my next service. Thank you Mike.”

“There was an issue with my car boot. I discussed w them to take a look at it. They were really busy but still gave me time patiently. They had a slot in a few days but I told them that it was urgent and so they fit me in immediately. They fixed the issue and because it didn’t take much time they did not even charge me. This only comes from good humanity and goes a long way.”
