She was very in hurry, don’t find a good spot and told me she is out with butterflies needles. And I use the same arm for 6 years, because I have the fistula on. Not polite. I need to go in another lab tomorrow, because she is not able to take the blood.

I have just visited this lab with a stool sample in a jar supplied by my doctor, bar code and all. The lab told me that I would have to repackage my stool into four different jars of their own making. They would give me gloves and spatulas to do that. Can you imagine my reaction? I nearly vomited but they refused to offer any help. A lab that handles stool samples routinely asks a patient to do their own stool handling.

If I could I would give this place a negative star. Worst location, place was a nightmare, pay for parking, traffic was horrible, took my 2.5 year old son, scheduled appointment for myself, husband and son. Managed to get there on time only for the phabotomist to refuse our appointment because she didn't feel like drawing my son. How do you allow for the appointment to be made, send a verification, allow confirmation, allow check I'm then refuse to do it! Complete Waste of time and money!

I just went there for more blood work and it was great. The person that drew my blood was Maria and she was great I felt nothing. With others they can’t find the right spot and have to try a few times. Maria got it right the first time without problems or pain. The best experience I have had.

Turning away people for working with insurance on a bill, should be illegal to delay medical care. I’m not going to pay for something I know was charged incorrectly. I know my benefits.

Not that I like to get my blood drawn lol But the process went smooth, facility was clean, easy sign in process, and wait time was short. I had a great experience with Savonnah, she was very friendly, made me feel at ease, and knew her stuff. Thanks to her I had a great start to my morning.

Bruh... the phlebotomist literally missed my vein when taking my blood. Arms been sore for over a week. Fat bruise on my arm. Smh

The lady who took my blood out was super fast and nice. I didn’t even feel it. I got there at 7:15 left by 7:25. I loved it!
