“Cara Balsamo and Tricia Ruska, who manage the UPS store in Storrs/Mansfield, Connecticut are outstanding professionals. They are kind, polite and helpful. They were especially helpful when I mailed a large package to our son in Brooklyn, New York, which was not delivered even though he was home at the time that the delivery person said they tried to deliver. Cara went to bat for us and UPS was willing to re-ship the package without further payment, which I thought was really wonderful—they stood up for their customer!! “I think these boxes deserve a metal! They take so much abuse between the hours of 6pm to 4pm the next day. Be sure to get there early because packages line up out the door to get a place in the bins. Standing room only on most days. They see more action than a President Biden rally. Give them a hug when you drop off your packages, but be sure you mask up....they do look a bit frumpy.Click the thumbs up icon up below if you like my review.
