“I have been using European Motorcars for their body shop since I got my 2013 Dodge Challenger for any kind of work that might arise both through insurance and out of pocket. They are an amazing service provider. I recently wanted to change the stripe from the original ones I had done when I purchased the car to a more retro 1970s style and immediately contacted Xavier at European. He was able to get me in for the work and I am beyond amazed at home great my car came out looking. I highly recommend European for anything you need done for your vehicle. I have some tire repair work that needs to be done and will be coming back to them some time in 2027.”

“I have a 2014 Subaru Outback with 180,000 miles on it.
The check engine came on, and I took the car to a Subaru dealership. They let me know that the code was 2763 which indicates a problem in the transmission valve body.
They told me I had to replace the entire transmission for close to $7,000 versus around $2,000 for the valve body. I thought that was excessive and wanted to get a second opinion and took my car to Portland Automotive.
Portland Automotive thoroughly diagnosed the problem and confirmed that one of the valves was bad in the valve body and said I had to replace the valve body only.
They replaced the valve body in a timely manner, but unfortunately, when I got home, the check engine came back on and now there was a noticeable problem with the transmission.
I called Mike at Portland Automotive and he immediately said he’s going to send a tow truck to pick up my vehicle and take it back to the shop and make it right. Unfortunately, on the way back to Portland Automotive on the tow truck something happened to the radiator which caused it to start leaking.
Instead of charging me for a new radiator, they replaced it at no charge. They also redid the entire valve body repair and tested the car for three days to make sure everything was OK.
I’m happy to report as of now it is running smoothly.
I would highly recommend Portland Automotive for standing by their work and their honest evaluation of my transmission problem.”

“We brought our highlander to get fixed here. I highly recommend. Job was not done the greatest at first ONLY due to the after market parts used. My husband pointed out the details we had noticed with our bumper not sitting flush as it was before. However, Sabrina was very professional & understanding. She took the time to work with the insurance company and get the OEM parts needed for our vehicle so the car looked like it originally was. Turned out beautiful in the end. Now my car took a month to repair, and I 100% understand, because it's a Tesla, and even I know as a consumer that ordering parts from them is a horrendous and mysterious process... given that challenge, not to mention $10,000+ of total damage, I'd say the turnaround time was excellent.
I got lots of updates from the team along the way, I even visited the car while the work was in progress, nice team of professionals doing really good work. Sara the administrative professional and Todd the body shop expert specifically.
And oh my god, the back half of my 11-year old car looks NEW. They also detailed the thing inside and out, so the rest of the car looks tremendous upon delivery. I even got new rear door seals and even the stock rear diffuser as part of the fix.
Definitely choose them for AAA insurance repairs, and I assume a number of other companies too...”
