“I have used Superior for body work twice: once where I paid out of my own pocket and the other through the insurance of someone who hit me. Could I have potentially found someone to have done the work for less when I was paying out of pocket? Perhaps. But I don't see how that would have been worth how smoothly everything went, the level of communication they had with me throughout the process (like when parts were on back-order), and the care I felt I was given. It was like working with your favorite cousin who you know kicks ass at what he does and is looking out for you.
Then with the work through the insurance company... Holy crap. They went to bat for me to make sure the insurance company didn't screw me. OEM parts. Amazing work. Countless phone calls and emails to make sure my truck was put back right when what went wrong was not my fault.

“I recently brought in my 2015 Highlander to repair two dents, one in the front with a patch of peeling paint, the other on the rear door below the window. To look at it now you would never know either area had been damaged or painted. They did a great job! I initially drove in unannounced to determine the estimate process. Bill looked it over and provided one on the spot. I agreed and set up a time at my convenience because it needed to be there a few days. It was ready on time, and washed!”

“This is not like a traditional auto parts store. This location is more like there Regional Warehouse. There are no shelves to window shop and compare products. You would only go here if you are looking for a specific part for your car, and they will pull it from their warehouse.
It's not super clean, it's a warehouse. They don't typically get walking customers.
Extremely happy that they had a part in stock that 4 other auto-parts stores did not have and three dealerships did not have on hand.
Service was quick, efficient, and friendly.”
