After we were involved in an accident in Madison -- not our fault! -- David and his staff at Coynes were excellent to work with. They did a professional job repairing our car and did the work quickly. And just as important: they worked with the insurance companies involved so we were not on the hook for the $500 deductible. “I found this place by accident for my 1981 Pontiac Bonneville diesel….old school. Steve knew all about this engine and he hooked me up with a service tech named Matt that knew exactly what to do with my car and how to handle it. I could not be any happier. I know nothing about mechanics especially when it comes to this old school engine that’s picky to begin with. Steve from the get go treated me me with great customer service and answered all of my questions and explained everything that I needed to know to get my car back into tip-top running condition. The office staff Jill and Alicia are A1 as well….always polite and great to talk to. I live 45 min away and have no problem at all taking the trip down here to get the TLC for my car it deserves from Metro. Great place, great service and great work!!! Thank you!!!”
