Lavender Pond Farm is a beautiful and peaceful location in Connecticut. The farm features well-manicured grounds with fields of lavender growing in season, including white varieties. Visitors can stroll the serene fields and enjoy the fragrant blooms, along with sights like a cute fairy walk and a covered bridge. There are nice walking paths scattered throughout the property.
The on-site gift shop is very nice and fairly priced, offering unique items and lavender plants for sale. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable about the different lavender plants. The farm is open daily and offers amenities like a train on wheels that drives around the property, though it may not always be running. It is a charming and serene place to visit, with many sights to take in along the whole property.
Great place for a picnic, wandered around for 2 hours, very nice displays, my wife really enjoyed it. Wish I had packed a lunch, down side they could install a bathroom, porta potties, yuck.

Surrounded by lavender fields, cute little purple tram ride around the grounds and a gift shop with anything lavender you could possibly want. A nice little daytrip.
