Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down. “I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)”

“The post office employee was courteous and helpful. My package was fragile and I packed it as best as I could. He asked about packaging and said USPS would do their best to get it to it's destination in one piece. He added fragile stickers to the box (it was pottery) and handled it carefully!”
