“Had gotten a passport done today for a 2 year old and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions with hesitation and very professional throughout the whole process,,if you are looking to get a passport done come to this office, you won't be disappointed.”

Only deducted one star because they really need to put in a ramp. People with wheelchairs/walkers/strollers can't access the post office, which is crazy.”

“John, the head clerk (I think) at the Mystic Post Office was SO helpful to me the first time I had to do a bulk mailing for work. I had no idea what I was doing and he patiently explained the whole process to me, then helped more when I came back with the mail bins and even helped me carry them out of my car. “I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)”
