I had an issue with an unaccounted for delivery and Heidi, the supervisor from the Ledyard Post Office was great enough to call me a couple of times and track down the package. In today’s age with all the automated stuff it’s really nice that a person would actually take time to do that.

Incredibly rude no matter how nice you are. They also have been sending mail back as of recent and marking it as undeliverable.

Until recently I have had no issues but the last 2 Saturdays they have marked packages as undeliverable and sent them back to sender. Despite delivering different packages the day before as well as the following monday. Note there was NOTHING different about my driveway or front door at anytime.
