“LOVE this Staples! Since I first shopped there in the early-to-mid 90's, they've been my go-to spot for supplies, tech goods (cables, supplies, etc) and many more daily-use things. I always check them first, and their customer support is awesome. From my first purchase in the store, I've always been treated with courtesy and grace. They help me when needed, and don't hover if I don't need them. Their associates are knowledgeable and even suggest alternative solutions if what I want isn't on the shelves at the time I'm visiting. They are an essential part of my supply chain and I'm SO glad I have a Staples store nearby!”

“I traveled to Rhode Island for a Healthcare Agency I work for and I lived in Connecticut. I read the reviews on this location so I went there and got a post office box to get my mail forwarded from New Orleans. There I met Chris!! he is the reason for these 5 stars if I could I would give him 10 stars because he is excellent!! Very kind, friendly and sincerely cares about you receiving your mail. Chris explained everything to me and also taught me some things I didn't know about how the post office and mail issues are handled. Chris really made me feel like a valued customer and friend so many miles away from home. Thank you so much Chris for everything and when I am traveling back to Connecticut I won't hesitate to come and see you. Shouts out!! From New Orleans!!! "GEAUX CHRIS"!!! You rock!!!”

“It’s our favorite post office. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. There is a convenient parking lot with a drive up mailbox is you’re in a hurry. However keep an eye the time - the hours are limited.”

Only deducted one star because they really need to put in a ramp. People with wheelchairs/walkers/strollers can't access the post office, which is crazy.”
“John, the head clerk (I think) at the Mystic Post Office was SO helpful to me the first time I had to do a bulk mailing for work. I had no idea what I was doing and he patiently explained the whole process to me, then helped more when I came back with the mail bins and even helped me carry them out of my car. “Went to find out what I needed to get my expired passport renewed and they answered all my questions and gave complete instructions on how to proceed.I returned several weeks later with all the correct paperwork and documentation, they took a new photo, and I was on my way in minutes.A pleasant experience all around and everyone working there was courteous and helpful.”

“I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)”
