Until recently I have had no issues but the last 2 Saturdays they have marked packages as undeliverable and sent them back to sender. Despite delivering different packages the day before as well as the following monday. Note there was NOTHING different about my driveway or front door at anytime.

This review is a bad one for one reason and one reason only…the woman with the glasses and the lazy eye…I’m not saying lazy eye to be mean…but there is another older woman who sometimes wears glasses that works there and she is quite lovely so I don’t want anyone getting them confused, the other woman though… she is so hilariously rude that no matter how polite you are to her…she will make you feel like you are an inconvenience to her. Don’t be polite to her, it will only make her angry. Go in knowing exactly what you want to do and use the least amount of words when talking to her, even then there is no guarantee she won’t be rude. I’ve had to make a lot of transactions with her over the years and she has been rude to me everytime…and I promise you I was as polite as possible…it doesn’t work. You’re just going to have to accept that she will hate your guts as soon as you walk in those doors

Terrible employees that are all extremely rude, difficult to talk to, and will lie to your face. I drive the 15 minutes out of town to go to another post office. It’s honestly pathetic how poorly they treat people at this post office.

The lady at the front with glasses didn't even say " hi how can I help you" or anything. I was picking up a package (juicer/blender) that needed my signature. She just stares at me like It's a problem I am there...? Not even a "have a nice day" looks like she could use a nice refreshing smoothie ?

Customer service is horrible the lady with the lazy eye that looks like a bullfrog somebody stepped on is extremely rude unfriendly and shouldn’t be in customer service with that type of attitude and that ugly face

Repeatedly deliver my emails packages to the neighbors- even though I have my house number on the mailbox- both sides and also a placard at the base. Often receive mail for the neighbors and they receive mine. This happens too often. I understand mistakes once in awhile but it's once every couple weeks.

Poor customer service and etiquette when speaking to customers, uneducated as to why they enact certain policies and unable to give correct answers on how to go about fixing issues.

There is a woman who works in ledyard as a mail carrier and is incredibly mean. She didn't give me her name, but she has long grey hair. She yelled at us for our dog being out 2 times in one year, and we even adjusted our wake up schedule to wake up around 6 AM every day to let him out early so there is no chance of him being outside when she delivers. She now honks the horn several times whenever delivering a box to "make sure" no dog is outside. Thanks a lot, we have a son who needs his sleep as he has some health issues and would appreciate if you had just a bit of courtesy!
