“Hey Xavier is the man, I came to the store met him very friendly and helpful fixed my issues and explained everything to me with such a clear understanding his knowledge of phones were phenomenal. I'm from the older generation who really need young men to help us navigate and understand. Thank you so much Xavier!!!!”
“NICOLE was awesome! She helped me with a few issues i had and helped with an upgrade. Would for sure come back to her with any other Verizon related issues or questions!”
“I went here because it was time for a new phone and was blown away by the service and helpfulness I received from Miguel, the gentlemen who was helping me. He had pristine knowledge on the whole store and knew the answer to every question I asked. I went in upset with my phone and left with a smile on my face, a better phone and an all around great experience. I am very satisfied with my experience, will definitely be coming back and will definitely be referring friends & family. Miguel is a primary example of how all customers want to be treated coming into any store, thank you Miguel!”
“Husband and I stopped in to get a sim swap when my husband’s phone was experiencing a sim failure. I believe the guy who helped us was Glenn. He was friendly and knowledgeable, great customer service. We were in and out pretty quickly.”
