I saw the bad reviews and wanted to give another perspective. The people who work at the counter are friendly and professional. I know there's been turnover for the manager and that's been spotty but the folks at the service counter make a big effort.

Poor customer service on the part of management - rude and curt - actually hung up the phone on me ! This man should not be dealing with the public anywhere.
