“This place has the best employees the best attitude. They are extremely professional but very nice educated people & know what they’re doing. I’m so lucky ( my step father & I are always in awe no matter how busy they are they are have a positive attitude. At times when I go in there I’d like them to drop everything & just go out for drinks to show our appreciation. I went through & extremely hard year & got badly hurt. But this is one errand I don’t mind running. Thank u ups Guilford customer service 10 friendliest 10 knowledge 10. They just make life easier with a smile. Unfortunately, an error occurred and the carrier never received the equipment and thus charged me for the equipment. I contacted the store and within short order, my issue was resolved by a very helpful employee and the store owner. I appreciate the help they provided.”

“This post office is in walking distance to downtown Deep River. Parking can be a bit tough when it's busy. Customer Service is quick and efficient, I'll reserve my opinion on attitude. They offer many services, P.O. boxes, passports etc.”
“I can’t say enough positive things about the Madison Post Office. I recently applied for my passport. After 2 weeks it had not arrived for processing. I went to the post office to question this and Kay immediately began to track it down. She contacted me and let me know what had happened and continued to keep me updated. I can’t say enough about the customer service Kay provided to me. She assured me my passport would arrive within a couple of weeks.”
