“I needed to have the filter replaced on my heating system. The maintenance staff person, Fabrizzio, came to do the work on the same day I emailed my request. He was friendly and competent. He patiently answered some questions I had. I am very pleased with all the maintenance staff visits I have had since I moved into the Pavilions. They have always been prompt. They provide excellent service.”

“Love living here at Glastonbury Centre Apartments! Bruce is an amazing property manager. He welcomed me with a smile and went over the paperwork thoroughly, answered any questions that I had. Showed me the property love the fact that this is a pet friendly environment doggie bags are around the property just in case you forget yours. The apartments are beautiful love mine. Great closet space (especially when you have children), dishwasher and AC. My children and I are super excited that there is a pool great area to socialize with the neighbors. Laundry rooms are kept clean don't need to travel far to wash clothes. The Superintended (Eliax) he is such a great man any issues that I have at my apartment he takes care of it right away. He's very helpful and loves to help everyone and always has a smile on his face. Living here is a paradise. Thank you, Bruce, and Eliax for all you do for us you go above and beyond.”
“Vernon Gardens is I really nice facility. It is super clean and the staff are always available to fix or replace anything. If need be as soon as possible really nice pool. It’s open during the summertime and a nice walking trail in the back. The owner is very humble understanding. The facility is also off of a main road, but still allows you privacy being that the apartments are tucked away in the back highly recommended”
